It is the decision of the Agency to extend the grants program schedule. The new schedule will be noticed in the FAW and posted on the Web site.

All interested parties will be notified.  Note, any application packages received in response to the July 3rd notice will be returned unopened.

General Subject Matter to be Considered:
The Health Information Exchange Coordinating Committee and State Electronic Prescribing Advisory Panel will meet to review the current status of health information exchange and strategies to promote the use of electronic health records and electronic prescribing. The Health Information Exchange Coordinating Committee will make recommendations regarding Point of Care Model Electronic Health Record Demonstration Grants.
